GTX OSR (Open Systems Recognition) is an
affordable and easy-to-use batch conversion method for merging
critical engineering and GIS archives into today’s Computer
Aided environments. GTX OSR recognizes and converts geometry for
mechanical drawings. It also provides fast and accurate
conversion of GIS and Mapping-based archives including contour
maps, quad sheets and land manuscripts. |

Accurate Conversion Methods - GTX OSR
provides software-only raster to vector conversion for the
Windows platform. Two conversion methods are combined into
one powerful package for accurate conversion of scanned
raster archives through an easy-to-use command screen. GTX
OSR allows user-defined settings for recognition of
line-widths and other parameter settings. A batch conversion
utility is also included for overnight processing:
CAD Conversion for accurate
conversion of scanned raster drawings to CAD-legible
formats for AEC, Facilities Management and Mechanical
Engineering applications. It includes vector
rectification, closure on corners and accurate decision
making at intersections. Accurate conversion of entities
to lines, true arcs, circles and arrowheads are controlled
by an On/Off switch.
Contour Conversion for accurate
conversion of scanned raster drawings to vector formats
for GIS and Technical Publications-related applications.
It includes grid-line extraction, polygon edge detection
and accurate centerline placement for complete conversion
of mapping geometry. Allows user-defined precision for
contour lines to balance accuracy and file size. Use the
On/Off toggle to break cadastral maps at intersections for
boundary calculations.
