The GTXRaster CAD Series is a unique, cost-effective solution for bringing legacy paper drawings into a modern AutoCAD environment. Modify and enhance scanned raster archives with the speed and flexibility of both raster and vector editing techniques within your AutoCAD environment. Its just like AutoCAD. Because the GTXRaster CAD Series is integrated with AutoCAD's Image Support Module (ISM), all commands, menus and toolbars are consistent with AutoCAD 2004, providing a productive and very easy-to-learn user interface. GTX has developed numerous commands to make working with raster images easier and more productive.

GTXRaster R2V™ complements and enhances other raster editors such as Autodesk CADOverlay®. It provides additional functionality with a full suite of conversion technologies such as Intelligent Object Picking, Batch Conversion, Raster to Vector Conversion, Intelligent Character Recognition, and GTXRaster Tools.

GTX ICR Text Recognition (GTXICR) provides true Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR), based on hybrid neural-net technology. Train the software to automatically recognize text characters associated with individual or company drafting styles.

Automatic Raster to Vector Conversion will quickly convert any or all selected raster into rectified and accurate AutoCAD entities automatically. Convert selected raster ovjects into intelligent AutoCAD entities such as lines, arcs, circles, polylines and true AutoCAD text. Its ability to recognize lines styles, splines, cross-hatching, arrowhead recognition and ability to set a gap jump variable, further increase conversion accuracy.
