


For all new ScanPlus series scanners purchased and installed in the U.S.A. Contex warrants that the scanner will be free from defects and will meet the scanner specifications, as presented by Contex at the time of the original purchase, for two years from the date of purchase. Options, upgrades, conversions, cables, accessories, and included items are covered by the same warranty as the ScanPlus series scanner for which they were purchased. During the first 90 days, a replacement scanner will be sent to the customer site upon determination of product failure.
Emergency or On-site service repair service will be performed Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., customer local time, excluding Contex holidays. Emergency or on-site repair service level- Next business day average response on scanners located in most metro areas of the U.S, generally considered Contex Zones 1 and 2. Contex warranty on labor is for 30 days on mechanical repairs. Contex provides emergency on-site repairs, parts replacements, excluding any items that are considered consumables. Consumable items include white background plates, glass plates, fluorescent lamps, belts & rollers. Replaced consumable items and any software integration services will be the end user customer’s responsibility to pay for at time of replacement or the integration performed.
