Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We usually ship orders by UPS ground freight . If requested, various shipping options like Second or Next Day Delivery is available via UPS. All shipping charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.

Orders received by 2:00 PM (Monday-Friday) will normally ship that same day if the item is in stock. If the item you wish is not in stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

Warranty Returns:

Warranty return will only be accepted if you obtain a R.M.A., (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please contact us via email or by phone for this number and shipping instructions. Items returned without a RMA will be rejected.

Cancellation:

Buyers may, upon written notice to The Other Solutions and without penalty, cancel an order that has not shipped. If Buyers cancel an order after the products has shipped but before delivery, Buyers agrees to pay a cancellation fee equal to fifteen percent (15%) of the purchase price for the products, plus The Other Solutions incurred expenses, such as freight cost.  There is no returns for products that has been delivered.
